Dinesh Bahadur Bista

Mr. Bista is a Commerce graduate from Tribhuvan University and a Chartered Accountant by profession from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Bista has more than 32 years of professional experience in many sectors including Public Service, Banking, Hospitality and Agro Industries in companies such as Nepal Electricity Authority, Nepal Grindlays Bank Limited (currently named as Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited). He is the Executive Chairman of Soaltee Hotel Limited, Chairman of Soaltee Hospitality Limited, HI Soaltee Hotel Company Private Limited, Soaltee Sibkrim Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Himalaya Mahalalaxmi Tea Garden Pvt. Ltd. and Stream Peak International Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Bista is also a Director of The Stream Investment Pvt. Ltd and Soaltee Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. He has been extensively involved in the Industry and has led the company, Soaltee Hotel Limited, in the capacity of Executive Chairman for over 15 years. He is also the member of national and international organizations such as the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Hotel Association Nepal, and The pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).

Sudarshan Chapagain

Mr. Chapagain is a Chartered Accountant by profession after completing Chartered Accountancy from ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants), Nepal, Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from ACCA London. He also has MBS (Masters in Business Studies) and LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) degree from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Mr. Chapagain is the Vice President of Soaltee Hotel Limited. He is also Board of Director of Soaltee Sibkrim Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Soaltee Hospitality Limited, Himalaya Mahalaxmi Tea Garden Pvt. Ltd and Stream Peak International Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Chapagain brings in more than 15 years of experience in the field of accountancy, finance, hospitality and especially significant expertise in the hotel operations. He has worked as an Area Director of Finance and Business Support for Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) for SWA-East Region and also worked in the capacity of Director of Finance & Business Support, Soaltee Crowne Plaza.

Lil Bahadur Khatri

Mr. Khatri is a Commerce graduate from Ranchi University, Jamshedpur, India specializing in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Commerce and Commercial law. He has 37 years’ experience in Finance, Company Secretariat, Corporate Administration, Manufacture and Hospitality Industries operating in Finance and Corporate of public and private limited companies of Nepal. Having started his career as a Finance Assistant in Tata Iron and Steel Company, Jamshedpur, India he is currently the Company Secretary of Soaltee Hotel Limited; a stock listed public limited company; and its subsidiary companies Soaltee Hospitality Limited and HI Soaltee Hotel Company Private Limited. He was a past member of the Board of Director of Nepal Institute of Company Secretary (NICS). He is also a member of ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants) as a Registered Auditor.

Chudamani Parajuli

Mr. Chudamani Parajuli is a graduate from Tribhuvan University and has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Purbanchal University, Nepal specializing in Human Resource Management. He has more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Public and Government relation in various sector including Hotel and Tourism. Mr. Parajuli is a Manager Legal and Liaison in the Soaltee Hotel Limited. He has worked as a Human Resource Manager at the Summit Hotel. He has also worked in various social organizations. He is the General Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Human Resource Society of Nepal, the National Body of Human Resource Professionals and an Executive Committee Member of Nepal Institute of Company Secretaries(NICS). Mr. Parajuli has an in depth experience in the field of Human Resource and Public relation.
